as far as i know, jaben network spreads only in 4 country at the moment. which are singapore itself, indonesia, malaysia, and china

the solution for your problem would be probably solved by ordering online from jaben singapore or through the nearest branch from Australia which is Jaben Indonesia (cheaper shipping cost maybe? )
